240sx 92 with 95 swap

hey i got a 240sx s13 hatch with a 95 motor swap with 90'000 miles on the motor its has no cats magan exhaust sounds deep and nice car runs and drives good.
con no ac no power steering crack on dash only three and crack windsheild.
