Cant find the answer anywhere! pls help

I have a 95 zenki that i am wanting to convert to a kouki. i found the front bumper that i really want but i don't know who makes it. i have been trying to find the the company that makes them but haven't found anything. so if anyone here could help me out i would really appreciate it. here is a pic of the bumper. thanks in advance.

Now... the original Japanese company went under a long time ago so finding an original is beyond rare. A company in California called Shine Auto use to make these, and very good quality.
