amp fuse & Turbo timer

sup guys. will a blown amp fuse cause the Turbo timer not to work? It came with the car not working, later that week I found out my amp fuse was blown. I'm picking some up later this week, anyways will a blown amp fuse cause my Turbo timer not to work

no. a shitty install and wiring will cause it not to work 9 times out of 10
