Turbo is fine. Normal shaft play for a ball bearing turbo. Small puff of blue smoke on startup but that's it.

On the edge of the window trim? The car was originally lime green on the roof and I guess Alex never got around to wiping it off the trim before we put it back together after paint. It was hideous before- see if you can find pics I think there are some on supraforums.

Puff of smoke on start up is usually a valve stem seal or a turbo seal.

No, but I have all the ac components. All that is needed is one custom line coming off the compressor.
