My car has been driving aweful for sometime now, and I am getting tired of it being a pain in the ass. I have changed my fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, dist. cap, dist. rotor, and cleaned a bunch of shit. My car struggles on start offs, and when I almost floor it, it shakes alot and it has a hard time cranking sometimes. Is this a sign of my fuel pump going out? I can barely chirp my tires when I rev up to 4k and dump my clutch. I know something is f*cked.

the hard starting and shaking when accelerating are signs. The quickest way to confirm for sure is to check the pressure. My car use to do the same thing until one day it just didn't start. Changed all the same stuff you mentioned too, and then realized it was my fuel pump.

Curious, what mileage did your pump go out at? I need to check mine since #3 & 4 cylinders arent firing.

I think I am gonna buy a Walbro fuel pump anyway. I want to start my ka-t project, and I might as well put one in.
