Los Angeles area shops, with a quiet exhaust in stock

I'm looking for a shop in the LA area that has a quiet S14 exhaust in stock, examples:

Blitz Realize TT
Apexi Noir
RSR exmag
etc.

Phase2 I can't get a hold of (3 unanswered calls and an email), I've checked FR Sport, I think they have the apexi in stock, but I'm trying to see all my options - I know there have to be plently of more places around me, I just have no idea where since I'm new to the area.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
