I've been there and done it, as far as I know there is no pre made fenders, only kouki front conversion fenders.
Use a stock hood, use the s14 hood hinges, the trick is that the bottom holes that bolt to the chassis don't line up proper, the front hole of the hood hinge bolts into the rear hole of the chassis, then it will line up. Same as s15 conversion.
You can swap front core supports and put the s14 core on the s13, it makes it a much easier swap then, when I bought mine it was hit already so I just replaced it with a s14 piece.
The fenders you'll need the s13 and the s14, you use the hood line of the s14 and the door line of the s13, make a diagonal cut on both from the upper corner where it meets the windshield and down to the arc of the fender wells.
Mounting the bumper is straight forward, the crash/actual bumper support needs modification to fit correctly but can.
You can also run it without modifying the fenders, I almost did, looks like widefenders.
Front just sitting on it,

This is the first time I did it, I cut the fenders this way, but the diagonal way is easier

Painted it Hummer H2 Fire Red Metallic, just maaco job haha. I wanted to do a Supermade kit on it, I think the Rocket Bunny kit would look great too.
