Looks like some of the blades of the compressor side have damage... Why does it need a rebuild again after 2 months of use?

One fin broke since they rebuilt same used old turbain wheel shaft, they couldn't find new one. Why it does need rebuilt because I got full oil catch can and oil came out of bov.
