Hey guys,
I just bought a 95 black 240sx about a month ago, and now since school is done I'm ready to put my stereo in. I have one problem though, I can't for the life of me figure out how to get the rear seat to fold down (my car did not come with the driver's manual).
Any help would be much appreciated.

On top of the rear seats near the pillars are to handles...pull em up and as you pull. Where ya from MetPaul? i just finished my system a few weeks ago too.

Scarborough, Ontario man.
I can't wait to put my stereo and subs in man. The stock one is pretty lame. I got the aiwa mp3 player, orion high current amp for my 2 10" boston acoustics pro series, and rockford fosgate for my jl components. I had these in my old car and now I'm gonna put them in this one. What do u have?

Thanks man, I got it working. I had to use a screw driver to lift them up, they were in there pretty stiff. The previous owner probably never folded them down.
lol, mine folds down real easy... umm,, does anyone know how to take them all of the way off?

Your from Scarborough too?? So am I!!!
I also have a '95 240SX LE. Anyway..to pull the seat down, pull on the handles FROM BOTH sides and then push it down. The whole thing comes down as one peice..its not seperated as two pieces.

negative =( on that dual 12inch sealed sub barely fit my trunk...it was either lose the trunk or lose the spare...i chose to lose the trunk cuz i tend to drive around alot.

AJ to take the back seat out just unscew the scews at the hindges which id under the carpeting on the back of the seat, that will take off the top part. for the bottom just unscrew the 2 bolts you see near the floor, one on each side. and just pull the seat out and there ya go.

Really?? We should meet up then!!
btw, what do you like driving better? The 240SX or the Prelude?

I love the Prelude for what I put into it. Only downside is that it's FF. Although the LSD, suspension, and 4WS helps. I've ran faster laps than S2000's do on Shannonville.
The 240 is a fun car. I'm just getting into it, so let the craziness begin! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

I live in the typical part of Scarborough where Asian people are, right by Pacific Mall. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
Trackdays usually run anywhere from $80-200 depending on when and what time it's held, and the number of people going. Some shops run lappingday events for about $100, and the attendance is pretty good. I like going out with a bunch of friends and just enjoy myself. The last thing you want is a crammed up track. I'll put you on my email list for more details.
I got a beater 1990 Eagle Talon for a winter beater. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>
