Well as im changing my turbo to manifold gasket for the second time in less than a month (first time it went bad and i changed it, i didnt tighten one bolt all the way and it backed out again blowing the gasket) i did a bad @ss job this time, i installed longer studs in the manifold with these special nuts used on diesel engines that are kick ass, well anyways as im tightening the turbo oil line that goes in to the block, i guess i cross threaded the bolt and i stripped the hole in the block , so i have just :Owned: myself,
Any suggestions on this,.... im at a loss for words LOL, im not even that mad its just funny ,...this shit only happens to me , i was thinking find a -4 AN to some sort of thread slightly bigger than the hole and tap it for that thread and going steel braided from there in to the turbo.
what do you guys think....im starting to lose hope in life lol... no seriously ;-(

ok guys as far as my stainless braided line with an fittings and such goes i hit a snag, the bolt that holds the banjo fitting that holds the oil line in place has a very little hole in the center of it , im assuming here that this is for regulation of oil pressure am i right or wrong here, and if i make it bigger i could mess something up, ie turbo or engine, any thoughts.

I forget what they're called.. sleeves? There are things made just for this problem. You drill out the hole and tap it, thread in this tube, and the tube itself is threaded on the outside for the larger hole, and the inside for the original hole. Well, fuck it. Instead of answering, I found a link for ya.

Now you just need the measurements of the stock hole, and get a sleeve with that size inner diameter. Then buy the sleeve, and good as new. For installation tips, follow this guy. I like the loc-tite idea.
