Holset HE351VE this is the varible vane, minimal shaft play, wheels spin freely. Comparable to like a gt35 as far as flow rates go. $200 obo

is the turbo a 4bolt t4 or t3?

It's about the size of a t4 flange but slightly different shape

How does the holset 351 compare to the hx35- did a quick search but couldnt find much
