you can do what I did...if you still have your old one, go to home depot and get a long sheet of particle board for pretty cheap (about $10), trace it using the old board, then cut it out using a jigsaw ($10-15 at harborfreight). Carpet it ($10?) and viola.

I mainly did it because I wanted to run 6x9 speakers in the rear so I wanted something more solid in the rear (I used 1/4 inch material). If you want I can take some pictures later.
