Turn on your rear defroster and put your heat on full blast. Leave your car sitting in direct sunlight for a couple of minutes. This should warm the glue that holds the tint to the window, and allow you to peel it off. You will probably need a strong windown cleaning solvent to get any left over glue off.

i just did this. and my advice is to have it done professionally. It sucks. anyway if you do want to do it yourself:
get some 409 spray (orange stuff smells better than regular, so i used that)
get a big black plastic garbage bag
cut the garbage bag apart. then cut it into the shape of the tinted area of the glass (i used 2 bags and taped them together)
spray the 409 on the tint, make sure you get the whole thing.
stick the garbage bag to the tinted window (it will stick because you just sprayed 409 all over it)
this keeps the 409 from drying out and forces it to dissolve the glue under the tint.
park the car in the sun/turn on the heat/turn on the defroster/use a heat gun to heat up the glass from THE OUTSIDE/etc. This just warms up the tint and loosens the glue.
let it sit for 1 hour.
peel off the garbage bag.
use a razor to lift up a corner of the tint. it should peel off like a sunburn.
hopefully the tint doesnt tear and you can get the whole thing off in one sheet (yeah right)
scrape with razor scraper, use new razors because old ones will scratch the glass.
keep wetting the tint down with 409 to keep the glue from solidifying.
try not to cut the defroster lines.
after it looks like a big mess and your covered with old tint, 409 and bits of garbage bag, not to mention a few cuts from the razor; take it to a professional tint guy who will use a steamer to loosen the tint and take it off.
