why dont u do co-drivers of the car. that will definitely lower the price down. Transfering the title without the title is impossible. You dont know how many cars my friends father could have sold if he had the title(he sells cars in a lil garage thingie, its not like a real dealership, sort of like a black market of car selling).
~$260 a month, thats incredible, i pay only $21.45 a month. I know, I know, you probably think I'm bullshitting but if anyone wants to know how, then ask, if you think I'm bull shitting then I won't bother talking about it anymore, bye bye rich folk.

PS...if you do end up transferring title, most states will allow you to "gift" the car to your Dad (family member) so you dont have to pay all the taxes again.
and like 240sxspeedracer1 said....your Dad should then list you as a secondary driver. at least thats how its worked in the states i've lived in. good luck!

right now I will unveile the ultimate secret of cheap insurance. You guys might think of me as a con artist or a bad person but it is better to save up for car mods and whatever else. OK, here we go------
Everyone knows that the more cars under your name, the cheaper each one will add up to be.
So, this is what I did--------
You need two people that you know that needs car insurance, or that is willing to put their car under your name in your insurance. I guess you would have to tell them to transfer their title to your name in order for it to work. So, now, you have three cars under ur name that your supposedly own and obviously have insurance for (I have allstate, obviously it doesnt matter what company it is). All three will be cheap and you pay for your car only, and you collect payment from both of your friends every month.
Now, here is the cool part, this is my example-------
When it was only my car, I paid 130
I added one car and the total was like 200 total
I added the third car and it came up to like 260
I took one of those defensive driving classes and it went down to 240.
So I have three cars and have to pay a total of 240 correct?
Now, all of the time I never told them the real truth of what they have to pay. We should really be paying like 80 bucks each right?
Well, they don't look at the bill that comes to MY house.
I tell one of them that he has to pay 120
I tell the other that she has to pay 100
they are happy cause that is still relatively cheap.
I end up paying 21.45 What do you think? Smart right? heheheh

Everyone, 240sxspeedracer1 is absolutely right. And if you're wondering why he's willing to take the risk that his friends won't pay him, you obviously missed who's name the pink slip is in. They give him money every month because it's cheaper for them to go along with this, and if they ever f' him over, he can just take their car. In the eyes of the law, he's the one that owns it anyway.
Still scary, you say? If/when these people ever get pulled over, they'll just have to say, "I'm borrowing my friend's car" before the cop even asks why the license and registration have different names on them. Tell 'em before he's even curious, and nothing seems remotely fishy.
I mean, not that I would be familiar with the intricate ramifications of such a scheme. I would never actually do such a thing myself. Sheesh. =)

Nice plan I pay 85 bucks a month but rather pay that than trust my friends driving abilities. See the only downside I can forsee is that one of the two people crash and since the insurance is in your name your insurance goes up. Otherwise i say nice job and screw the moral ramifications.

only prob I can see with that, is usually the insurance doesn't cover as much for uninsured drivers which is what the people w/o the titles in their name would be.
