Sand paper. Then repaint.

Do this:

fast, easy, less effort than sanding.

For a stripper, I've used Aircraft Remover with good results on my truck's wheels.

just curious also, where do i buy aircraft remover and also will my rims need another clear coat or its just as sturdy without it?

You can get aircraft remover at pretty much any hardware store. Look in the area with other paint stripper-type products.

After the wheels are stripped, it'd be best to recoat them. You can do without it if you like, but they're way easier to keep clean if they're clearcoated.

Shouldn't it just be a matter of spraying some clearcoat on there? Is there anything special that won't get chewed up by brake dust so much?
