Parting out KA24DE

I have a KA24de motor out of a 1989 240sx SE in my garage with a blown head gasket. If someone wants to buy it all for $150 you can have it all, as long as you can pick it up or cover freight charges. If not, I'll just part the motor out. In that case, just let me know what you want.

Throttle body
Everything inside the head(including cams and sprockets)
Oil pan
Block
Exhaust Manifold with O2 sensor
Full exhaust
Intake manifold
Head(probably warped) - Free!
5-speed transmission
Alternator
Power steering pump
Air conditioning compressor with hard lines
1989 ECU(5-speed and with HUD)
Full uncut wiring harness for the motor
I even have the pop-up head light assemblies

are you sure its a ka24de that came out of that 89? :D

if so, i need the plate thingy behind the flywheel on the engine side, hit me up and i can show you what i mean, also, how many miles on all the stuff? thanks.

would a 89 5 speed be useable on my 91 for a automatic to 5 speed swap?!
