Nah they have that plastic thingy near the seatbelt motor to keep it upright on the side of the rear seats. And they only retract at like a 45 degree angle so you wouldn't be able to use them in the front.

Because I want to be able to have more then one passenger in my car. And I have a little brother so he sits in the back, I want it to be more safe with the newer rear seatbelts rather then the old rear seatbelts where you manually gotta adjust the shoulder strap. Thanks for flaming... All I wanted was some help.
