So i recently rewrapped part of my engine harness causr the old tape was cracked and ugly. I own a 96 s14. After plugging in my harness the next day i drove to work. Ipon coming out and starting my 240 the idle was low (500rpm) and the cel was on. Gas was not very responsive. And drove like ass.

Used an obd2 reader and it gave me the following codes:

P0120 throttle/peddle position sensor a circuit

P0135 o2 heater circuit sensor 1

P0325 knock sensor 1 circuit

At first i was like ok maybe the o2 is throwing off the rest. So i bought a o2 sensor from orielys. So i replaced it and cleared the codes and drove for another half a day and the cel came back on . The tps and knock are still on.

Just checked the wire harness and its not messed up.

Can a tps and knock go bad allofthesudden?

P.s. waiting for payday so i can buy new ones and mpg are horrible

Thanks for the help guys

o2 sensor doesn't throw off the rest, its the other way around. Pretty much any sensor going bad that will alter the fuel trim will end up setting off an o2 sensor code.

i know it sounds stupid, but make sure all your connectors are plugged in, its easy to leave one unplugged or not plugged in all the way and end up with a problem like this.
