Hey guys. i have a 350z and the guys on the 350z forums can not figure what could be wrong with my car, so i thought i'd post here because it's a lot more active and maybe you guys have had a similar problem.

*sorry if this is in the wrong section

vehicle info:
2004 nissan 350z 5at
77k miles
93 oct. gas - always
synthetic oil - always
intake, headers, test pipes, true dual exhaust, intake mani spacer, valve body upgrade, and uprev osiris tune.

issue:
every now and then (if i had to guess, id say once every 2 weeks), i will be sitting at a stop light and my car will just completely shut off. it shows no signs of running bad before it does it. it shuts off, then it takes like 5 seconds to finally crank back up and it sputters awfully. if i let it sit for 5-10 minutes, i can crank it back up and its 100% fine back to normal. i have NO idea what it is.

i caught a video of it 1 time. please watch and if anybody on here even thinks they might know what is wrong, please chime in.

Bad Tune... you should not be driving that!

Other thoughts would be bad gas. I have heard of several gas stations that were filled incorrectly (instead of 93, its diesel) so test your gas, think they sell kits at most auto zone, etc...

IACV it would cut off while coasting to a light (Most common)
TPS it would eather rev high and hold highest everytime you push accelerator.
MAF it would not allow you to rev over 2500-4000rpm

Have you checked all your plugs and did a vacuum/ boost leak test?

buy one of these...
Brake Bleeder & Brake Bleeder Vacuum Pump Kit (http://www.harborfreight.com/brake-bleeder-and-vacuum-pump-kit-92474.html)
you can use it for other stuff also like brake bleeds etc...

Find a vacuum line that dead ends or cut one and use the T fitting (you will replace this with a straight fitting after test)... run hose from gun to fitting... squeeze till tight and see if the pressure is dropping... make sure all hose ends have holds, even zip ties work... you should not have any drop.
