I bought a '93 convertible off eBay.  A 240, of course.  The car itself, for what it was, was in fine shape.  My mechanic liked and it and the local Nissan dealership liked it .. even though neither of them had the chance to see it until after I already owned it.

The only problem wound up being that I didn't like it.  But that wasn't the question.  I think you were asking about eBay at all for cars, and that aspect of the sale went fine.

If your looking to buy a car and keep it the way it is ... don't buy it off ebay .... but ... if you plan to get a body kit and a paint job, or some some mods to it then it's a great place to get good deals.
