Squeaking noise coming from rear end.

Ok so s13 coupe somewhere between the back tire there is a noise that sounds like the break are squeaking. Replaced rotors and pads still make the sound, took the car to a dfaction event and it went away now it is back. Could it be the bearing on driveshaft?? It only makes it between 50 and 65, 55 is when it's really loud. I jacked the car up and got it up to speed in the driveway but it didn't make it. Please help

Did you check the heat shield, behind the rotor? Sometimes they bend and when the wind is blowing under the car it bends it further into the rotor causing it to squeak, it happen on my dads 09 camry and my S13 coupe, it was in the front in our case though
