s13 240sx f/s 3000$ sr20det swap.. runs and drives great

hello all,

I am selling my 1990 s13 hatch with a sr20det swap in it.

-The car runs and drives flawlessly.
-The motor doesn't leak, smoke, or make any weird noises.
-Running stock motor setup(stock 7 psi, stock side mount, etc)
-The 5 speed transmission shifts with no issues and the clutch grip hard.
-Car pulls great through every gear.
-The interior is clean, and has working power windows and doors.
-Body has 160XXX
-motor has ~70000
-heat and a/c work
-has inspection stickers till 12/12

Now for the bad part:

-The body needs some love
-Title is salvage (PA) and needs to be reconstructed to get it registered
-Power steering works, but has a leak somewhere

Price is 3000 dollars!
