It's a ka buddy. The Orifice are on the same side the sr radiator has the top hole on the left side and the bottom on the right side.

how far does the fan stick out when mounted?

fan clears perfect. i had this on a ls1 v8 and had 3 inch clearence . fan is super strong to. 4000 BTU
