How reliable our these items? Are they nice and light as well as strong? I don't want them to break on me although they are a very sexy set of pedals. I read the warranty (http://www.autovation.net/policy/main.htm), there was nothing about damage and/or replairs to the pedals. Alittle more detailed information and I'm hooked.

i bought my pedals from autovation and i must say they are very high quality and light weight. i got them for my s13 and havent installed them yet, so i hope the s14 and s13 pedals are the same. and this is pretty cheap i paid like 85 bucks for mine.

Initially, we had only offered pedals for the S14. After procurring the templates for the S13, we realized that the S13 and S14 were *almost* identical in shape.

We decided, however, to still make exclusive pedals just for the S13 with the new 180sx logo and S13 silvia logo. These are logos that we never offered in the past, and these are what are "under development". They should be completed shortly.

how's wear and tear on them? I've seen the generic pep boys pedals, and the wear down really quick, on the other hand, my friend's 65 dollar RAZO pedals look almost like new after 3 years.

The polished and matte surface finishes of our pedals are of the aluminum itself. There are no coatings or anodizations that could wear off. I have had my pedals on for over 2 years and they still look like new.

I would be so on this if I could be convinced of the method in which they secure to the stock pedals. I've had experience with bunches of pedals, from pedals that secure with screws to pedals that secure with flimsy claws. My razos are nearly 4 years old and have never failed on me, but I am ready to switch cause they are wore out.

How exactly do they "screw" on? do you have better pictures of the backs and the hardware?

Once these pedals are on, they are not going anywhere. You do not have to worry about them moving or slipping. You also don't have to worry about scratching up nice shoes if your foot gets behind them - if you have "bracket" attached pedals then you know what we are talking about.

I attend numerous autocross/track events, and this year will probably be participating in more drift events than ever. The difference between pulling out of a slide and eating a wall is control of the pedals at all times. I don't see any raised edges, or rough surfaces anywhere on the pedals. Can you tell me otherwise?

I purchased a set for my Z32 last year....love them...great feel and the quality is damn good. Drilling thru my stock pedals was a PITA due to the angle of it all, but after some aggrivation they were well worth it

Pedals that are in stock will be shipped the day after the order has been placed. We will send you an email with the tracking information once they are shipped. They generally take 2-4 days to reach destination.

In your case, we do have a set of S13 240sx pedals with No Logo available. If you order these Monday, you will have them before the end of the week.

I got the s13 pedals and installed the foot rest and gas pedal this weekend. When installing those pedals, just use the drill to start the hole, you should not drill all the way throguh the plastic. The screws provided will hold better that way.

I haven't installed the brake and clutch pedal yet, because my dremel tool was not powerful enough to go through the metal pedals.

The pedals are really high quality and are very durable. Also, they are not going anywhere once installed; if you do it right, they are held on very well. Heel, toe rev matching is a bit easier to do now since the gas pedal is bigger.

Installation of the metal ones are kind of a pain because you have to drill through metal while being cramped under the steering wheel, but other than that install was good, the pedals are very good quality. Price was ok, but I haven't looked at many other pedals.
