maybe someone here can answer it for me...are they RWD or 4WD. i have a Tamiya electric car thats 4WD and i might remove the driveshaft so its RWD, but i dont want to mess things up if the others arent. one of the car mags actually did a write up on how to make your RC car a drift car, pretty cool. mine is close to what they have.

if you cant afford those, get the hpi micro rs4, they are smaller, 4wd, got some cool shells (s15, ae86, r34, fd, supra), $100 for starter kit, but then you need to buy batteris and remote...you could check them out at www.hpiracing.com

edit: oh yeah i forgot the whole point of this, they can drift to

I was thinking of getting one of those the other day. I don't really like the electrics though. It's all about the nitro motors. Gas is better than batteries..
I've got a xxx-nt already.

I like seeing the people who do their RC cars up the same as their show cars. That
shit must cost a lot. I don't see why you'd buy one unless you had one of those
giant indoor RC tracks to play on.

So how exactly do those things work? How do they drift so well?

or they are just to impress people and for them to think they are cool.....everytime I've seen 'em,they owner of the REAL car has been driving the RC car around the car show and having people go "oooOoOhH!" and "aAaAHH!" about that, while other people are doing the same over his real car.... :boink:
