Relay/headlight problems

SO my headlights won't go down and it bugs me. they go up fine if i manually lower them and all electrical components work except them going down. I started off by cleaning the connectors on the turn signal stalk, and the still din"t work. so i tried the relays.

On the Headlight Retract relay box, by the passenger side wheel, has power. so i place the relay back and check for power on the other relay box(next to the driver side headlight). and as i expected there is no power to any of the Headlight retract relays.

So my question, may be obvious, but is my relay bad, and where can i get one?

anyways I figured they shouldn't be expensive so I'll try it

Try that first befor buying a head light motor..

alright thanks. well I don't think any of the motors are bad because they go up fine if I manually put them down. but I'll give it a try thanks

Are you sure its not the headlight button?
