What kind of Gloves do YOU use?

I use these mech. gloves from quaker state, alls I had ta do was fill out a postcard, mail it in, and wait. Not the BEST grip, but non the less, better than b4. Just curious as to what others use when autoX'n or drift'n? Or do you just cling on 4 dear life :p

i wrapped my steering wheel with pleather. seems to help out a bit. might replace the wheel with something better.

otherwise, i drive bare handed. might get some simpson gloves or something for next season though.

Bought them on an impulse when I got my helmet and they are worth every cent. They have lived through several track days and many touge nights without a single blemish. Bang for your buck. They just don't have any funny engrish on them a la Signals' "Yes, We Promise!"

I prefer Bare hands, there was a post about this a wihle back I recall....or something to do with gloves and what everyone uses or prefers. I have used a couple different types of gloves more like a Motocross Style glove, my latest are DaKine Pipe Gloves for snowboarding, but they hve super grippy palms and some other nice features but i like the feel of the wheel on my bare hands.

1) Black leather gloves (for driving sometimes and also for the cold winter nights)
2) These Blue gloves with wooly insides (for snowboarding n' snow stuff)
3) gardening gloves (for automotive work, and yes, gardening;))

i use my good old fox motocross gloves! i've used some simpson's before but i don't need fireproof gloves with the half sleeve on them so the MX gloves work great. couple those with my $10 velcro walmart shoes (ummm i mean DRIVING shoes :D) and i'm JDM Tyte when i hit the mountains!

What kinda gloves? I guess it depends on whether you say I am working or driving. Come to think about it, no it doesn't... I work barehanded and have the scars cuts and burns to prove it, but WHEN I wear gloves to drive (rare occurrence) I wear a pair of Nike Football receiver's gloves, shitload of grip in the palms/fingers and they look damn cool too...
