Well the title says it. My friend got his car wrecked by another friend and he said that I could take what I want for cheap so, what can I use?
So far I'm thinking of taking his brake calipers, maybe his LSD, but what else is useable? What about the MAF, injectors, other stuff like that? Keep in mind it's a NA 300zx.
I think what you already want is the only stuff worth taking.

I just need conformation on what I'm grabbing and what little things need to be taken with the bigger things, like the five bolts with the vlsd.

Will the front seats need new rails? Is the tranny the same? Filter is poitless for me since I just got a new one.

Seats - Some guy with a dark metallic blue SilEighty (SilForty) has it on his car. I don't know his username over here but on Nico he goes by rudee023.
Tranny - knghtryde should know since he's the one who told me about it. Not sure which year he was referring to though.

What about the injectors for my future KAT plans? I think it's only the TT ones but can anyone confirm this for me?

If the headlights are in good condition, mike mamos of clearcorners.com (hint hint) would be very gracious if he could have or buy one or a pair of them. Rear sidemarkers, tail lights, and center panel are also of value to me since I am a lighting guy. Providing me with such items will result in either cash or credit toward anything offered on the site.
As for things that most of you guys would want:
- calipers, rear hubs, rear suspension components, differential, wheels, and maybe some little stuff inside the engine bay.. but the rest isnt so worthwhile. I wouldnt waste my time with fuel filters or interior parts, the Z32 doesnt have that much in common with the S13.. just the suspension, brakes, and drivetrain parts are of use.

If you'd be willing to give me some credit on your site I would GLADLY pick up all the exterior lighting! I've been wanting to get some stuff but it's all so expensive. LOL. But the quality is so good I haven't wanted anything else. Do you need any of the plugs and such from the lighting?

Just get in touch with me and let me know what you can get off of the Z32 and what condition it is in. I could most definately use the headlights and rear sidemarkers, the tail lights/center panel are useful but not as crucial -- I know those often get cracked or damaged, so if they are in poor condition I cant use them.
I would definately need all wiring harnesses and bulb holders. The tail lights have small sub-harnesses which include the bulb holders -- I would need those. The sidemarkers have tiny bulb holders for the wedge bulbs -- I would need those. The headlights should also have connectors and or a harness -- I would need those too.
Just let me know how much you want for these items and what you are looking to attain from me and I will do my best to discuss an offer that is fair for the both of us. I appreciate you going out of your way for me, so let me know exactly what you are looking to get and I'll do my best to help. Also send me pics of your car, it will help me give you good lighting suggestions...
much thanks!

Only the TT's are worth the trouble of getting, n/a's have smaller injectors (260cc I bleive)
Not to mention it would be a bitch to remove them (involves a plenum pull) unless you dremell some of the plenum off around the injectors :hsdance:
PS: Sorry about 'editing' the original post, I hit the wrong button :o
