Have fuel and spark but will not start Ka24de-t

So im beginning to believe my car hates me. I just swapped another motor in and I have spark and fuel the car is cranking but will not start. I have good compression and Ive already rotated my distributer 180 all the grounds are connected and double triple checked, The only thing ive not checked is timing. I do have my hot pipe disconected as Im waiting on another elbow for my intercooler piping but I dont think this would effect starting

yes it was told to me to be "running" and the guy seemed legit.

check your fuel pressure. I had same issue, was getting gas and spark but no start. fuel pressure was only 22psi. if thats good try unplugging tps, afm, and the ecu's temp sensor. they can all stop it from starting if they are broken or faulty. And make sure your timing is correct

Just to update the car is back up. Put it back to tdc restabbed the dizzy but left the bolts out so I had more adjustability. Once started, i restabbed dizzy closer and got the timing set.

I had a similar issue, the problem was that I had the fuel lines backwards.
