anyone know a good place to get a lightweight flywheel? I'm thinking fidanza.

Hey Mark.....do you happen to remember what kinda gains you get @wheel? I wanna say I remember around 3-5%....hopefully more...anyways...can't wait...I'm putting in the fidanza flywheel and centerforce dual friction....now if we could just find a cheap lightweight driveshaft <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
but then again, money=performance.

I don't think it actually increases horsepower does it? I know it helps accel because it revs faster. I dont' think i'm going to get one, because I don't like the fact that you have to give it more gas to take off, etc.

it'll allow you to put more HP to the wheels, because of less rotational mass. same thing for the driveshaft...if you put a Carbon fiber (or some other lightweight material) driveshaft in there...it'll allow more HP to wheel. It's the same idea as pulleys. less mass for your engine to work with, easier to move.
