This time at the gas pump, literally!
MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) – A Miami Beach gas station may be out of service for a while after a driver slammed into a gas pump which exploded into a ball of fire.
It happened at a Chevron gas station located at 71st Street and Abbott Avenue on Miami Beach around noon.
According to witnesses, a woman got impatient while waiting for a gas pump so she swerved in front of a yellow Hummer which was next in line.

Truth. One time I got lost in Miami and tried asking for help at multiple gas stations, drug stores, grocery stores etc, and no one spoke english... It was like some twilight zone shit.

Was in Cracksonville and Tampa the last 2 days. First time in the former, it's a ghost town, but I like Tampa, or at least parts of it (Clearwater, Indian Rocks, Peninsula).
I like visiting Miami/Broward/Palm Beach, but I wouldn't want to live there.

Jacksonville seems aites from the lil I saw of it hanging out with our old neighbors from Okinawa.
I like Tampa, well the burbs side, like the east side of the bay where my family is at. I wouldnt mind getting the fuck out of Hampton VA and relocate my ass to McDill. The best fucking part of getting stationed down there is how much money they'd give me for housing. Looking at almost $2k for housing being stationed out there. My dad's paying almost $1.1k for mortgage for crying out loud. Buy a house and make money at the same time...

$2k in Tampa for housing would go a LOOOOOOONG way.
Use BHA to buy Indian Rocks beachfront condo, pay ~$1500-1800 in mortgage, rent for average monthly take of $3k (more in season, that'd be annual average), pay your own rent of $1000 somewhere (which would get you a LOT in Tampa), and pocket $2k/mo.
It's management intensive, and you'd have cleaning expenses not shown here, and you'd have to pay to furnish it nicely for anyone to want to stay there, but it'd work out pretty well over the long term (if you can hang on to that station and BHA for awhile).

I work a ton in psl so I've been going to fl since '08. Wpb is ok, clematis, etc. do NOT go to homestead, the keys are fun, and
The Dali museum is amazing. Pretty Much the rest of the state I could Do without. I have met some extremely good looking wimmins there. Oh yeah and Alex (Roidmonkey) is cool too.

Living in Texas my whole life, I'm far from shocked when I go somewhere and have to think hard and use my "Spanglish" to get by, but in Miami its extreme. You can enter restaurants and bakerys and not meet a single person who speaks or even understands english. My wife is Cuban, and luckily when we visit her family there she acts as my little translator :). I've seen some gorgeous Tuner cars and always ask myself "How the
[email protected] do you drive these streets and not end up dead." People change lanes with no blinker, drive 20-30 over the speed limit, ride 5-10 ft on your bumper, etc... Texas by no means is a perfect and super safe place to live...but its no damn Florida.
