clearing coilovers

I have a 18x10 xxr 521's and im at +15 in the front (put on a 10mm spacer) and my rim literally is a mm away or less... very close and the wheel spins freely however i can hear a light touch at parts of the inner rim while rotating it. Is it something to worry about?

got it to work! i adjusted the collar a bit and it clears just fine. Thanks for the help anyway.

What kind of coilover is it? You might be able to loosen the mounting bolts to the knuckle, if its slotted, you can pull the wheels away from the suspension to give you some space/positive camber.
