sr20 weird transmission sound

i recently did a sr swap and when i accelerate a strange weird whining, grinding noise comes from the tranny it also makes the sound when im decelerating. i jacked up the car and let it roll and even accelerated and shifted to 3rd and it didnt make the sound. i was wondering if anyone new what the problem could be, and any input would be greatly appreciated.

further inspection i only have one half of my drive line mount, i can push it and it will hit the top of the chassis but i think it was the same way on my original ka drive line. and someone told me it could be the throw out bearing but not to sure about that.

Sounds like your carrier bearing, either replace it or time for a one-piece driveshaft.

how do you go about changing carrier bearing? sorry im very unexperienced
