Cant open tech files!!!!

I can't open the wiring diagrams from the tech files section. The files have a pcx suffix, and neither my computer, the computer I have at work nor my brothers computer can open them. Is the suffix wrong or do I need some sort of special program to open the files?

Anyone else have this problem? I have no idea what a PCX file is. I assume your right clicking and saving as...?

PCX is an image file. needs to be opened in paint shop pro, or ACDSee or something.
