ok well i did my research on this well. and for about a week straight been trying to figure this out and almost about to give up.
but long story short my dual cam ka got hungry and ate my wiring from my maf to coil. .
ive beeen on about every forum tried everything still wont start.
ive changed every single fuse in the car.
ive tried 3 different coils.
3 differen CAS and distributors.
reset the car to TDC 3 times.
and my car still wont start. worst part is this is my daily and its been the biggest hassle trying to get to work.
so if anyone has any idea other than what ive listed please tell me cause i really need to get this fix i would appreciate it much. thank you in advance.
and ive searched literally about every forum and still cant think of why my car dosent even get the least bit of spark.

Little confusing here. But I am gathering your "KA" is killing electronics attached to the motor? Check your ECU, and Alternator. If your ecu is messed up this will keep it from running. If the voltage regulator is bad in your alternator it could be zapping the piss out of every thing, which could have killed your ECU as well. really depends on if all your fuses where the proper size to begin with.

yeah what Lucky said...bad regulator in your alternator would cause the things he said...but when you say "ate my wiring" do you mean that it literally tore into the wiring? rubbed against fan? melted? if so then perhaps pictures would help. i just finished relocating ALL wires from my friend's engine bay and im very familiar with harness wiring

it might be my alternator . ill poost pics of my old ecu it literally caught fire its a huge burn mark and i bought a new one thinking that was it and even tested on a friends car before and after i used it on mine and still didnt work. so ill change out the alternator and hopefully that works. and i changed out all my fuses in the engine bay. and i tested the CAS and the coil with a multi meeter and there getting the correct readings . thats why im so stumped

yes my shroud fan ate some vac hoses and wiring and i put it all back together then it didnt work so i bought a different hharness which literally looks like nothing wrong with it so im thinking it really cant be that but ill get some pics today

i fried my ecu the same way like 3 years ago.. My clutch fan caught the wire.. I replaced the harness and the ecu and it started right up
If you crossed running IGN wires, your ecu is dead like 99% of the time

i wish it was that simple for me i thought it was going to be . ive changed both of those n still wont start. and the ecu works on other cars so i cant really pinpoint what it is

If the engine doesn't actually run the alternator cause any issues...
*Unless somehow it's completely screwed and somehow has a short in it that's very unusual

thats the the thing it ran perfectly fine before. and now i cant get any spark and ive changed eveerything people say to do to get spark. i even used a relay to try to give the power transistor more spark. i jus need to know if theres any sensors or anything if its fouled or broken that will cause my car to get no spark.

wait so did you replace the wiring from your MAF to coil?

i replace the whole harness. cause on the old harness i tried to repair the wires didnt start. so i bought another harness. didnt start. then found out the ecu was fried. got another still nothing
and it blew the alt fuse and the ignition fuse change those. everything on my car works. but the coil and its really confusing
