F/T: 2000 Infiniti Q45t

Looking to trade for an S14, clean S13, Older "Z" cars, AE86, FC, Miata, GC8, clean E30/E36 or something of the sorts & with 6cyl or less. If I had to sell it, I'd ask for $3,800 obo. I prefer a car that isn't swapped, but I might consider otherwise. Here's the specs:

2000 Infiniti Q45t
Clean title
Automatic
Paint is SUPER clean!
4.1L V8
236,xxx on the odometer
Previous owner claims it was rebuilt 20,000 miles ago
No paperwork to prove it, but the car runs good & has NO leaks
Factory BOSE Audio (sounds sick!)
Power everything
Factory HID's with Xenon adjustable headlights
Car had A TON of back registration ($1,185) which has been paid
Tags are up to date & good until December 2012
Car was smogged 3 weeks ago & passed with flying colors!

CONS
-Driver seat has a tear (not too bad, but it's there)
-Steering wheel has seen better days
-Small dents & dings here & there
-Antenna won't go up or down
-The ECU throws a Knock Sensor code & o2 code (bank 2, sensor 2) every now & then, but that's common with these cars. Sensors just need to be replaced
-When the code is cleared, it'll be gone for a few weeks
-When it's SUPER COLD outside, you have to let the transmission warm up before it will engage into "DRIVE". This has only happened twice during super cold mornings, but all other days it has been fine & transmissions shifts smooth. Probably just needs a good flush. (This car is my DD, btw)

I've taken the car on a few trips down to LA (from Oxnard) and has given me no problems. Clearly, I've already lost a lot of money because of the back registration, but I'm just looking for something else. I had big plans for the car (already purchased wheels) but I just lost interest.

I'm mainly looking to trade it for the cars I listed above, but I'm open to all offers! Car is located in Oxnard, but willing to drive/meet half way.

I'm keeping the stereo
There is some kind of electrical short causing a lean idle and rich WOT condition. It actually runs better with the heater and headlights on. LOL I've replaced CAS, AFM, Pressure sensor, ATS, injectors all to confirm what I originally thought, that or it's a gasket leak that I haven't found. I'd just replace the wiring harness and gaskets, but I have $9 in the bank. LOL I want a reliable car. I've been building Rx7's for the better part of 15 years now, and I'm just fed up with them.
The black FB in this post is my old car. Made 190whp and ran 12's. 2009 NW region 2nd place SP. I've also built a 300whp FB that was blow through weber. So, I know my stuff. I'm not just another fanboy.
