Yea. Those cars are B-E-A-UTIFUL. Anyone know what tires they come with? Sounded like they were sticking real well.

The porsche dealership in Scottsdale AZ said it was $450,000 MSRP + taxes + all the other BS fee's + dealer mark-up (it's not like you can go over to another dealership and get one) and it would most likley come out to 500k if not more.

I don't really like thsoe too much, for that price you could have a Murcielago as your supercar (in some mag. the lambo beat out the GT on 3 different tracks), nice 180sx as your weekend car, 5 series bimmer as a daily driver, and a small townhouse somwhere nice for when you want to "get away" ... but I guess if you have the money to spend 500k on a car that 500k isn't much.

Hey! It really does rev like a motorcycle. That freakin awesome. Has anyone else read the article about it? The clutch is only 6in. and is made out of the same stuff the brakes are. It's amazing a V-10(?) can rev like that.

That is absolutely SICK! Don't know if any of you have been to indy races, but it sounds nearly identical to IRL cars when it's at high rpms.

Porsche Carrera GT Performance Figures

Not surprisingly, 0-60 mph takes just 3.8 seconds (and 0-62 takes 3.9 seconds).
The Carrera GT's top speed is 205mph (330km/h) and 0-124mph takes only 9.9 secs.
Quarter mile time for the car is 11.4 seconds.

beautiful... didn't know it was a V10... guh...

i'd like to ammend my previous statement due to ignorance of the fact that the Ford GT seems to be the baddest creation ever in the history of anything...

ford's really starting to get on the ball i guess...
