1987 mazda rx-7 turboII

Hey guys, I really hate to be selling another car, but I need something else.

___pros___

The car is a true turboII rx-7(vin numbers match turbo chassis)
fresh rebuilt motor(new internals, spark plugs, etc.)
Previous owner rebuilt the motor.
(no paperwork to prove this though... but everything is so clean!)
the turbo, and intake manifold have been sandblasted.
turbo exhaust port has been ported.
old school turbo back racing beat dual exhaust.

147,xxx miles on chassis.

chassis is straight, no dents, tiny amount of rust on sunroof.(painted)


___Cons__
shocks need to be replaced... they are ok to drive on, but not for track use...

car is currently registered, but no in my name... Tags good til July

other than that, the interior could use some love...


but if anyone wants to trade, I'd be willing to trade for...

Interested in a 2000 Infiniti Q45t? I've had it for about a month & turns out it's not something I want to invest in. Car has 236,xxx on the odometer, but the previous owner claims it was rebuilt 20k miles ago (no paperwork to prove it, but car runs good & engine looks clean.) Only cons are the driver seat has a tear, steering wheel has seen better days (air bag is OK. currently has steering wheel cover), small dings here & there. Recently smogged & tags are up to date (car had $1,185 in back registration). Every now & then, the car throws a Knock Sensor & o2 sensor CEL (very common with these cars), but it passed smogged legit when the codes are cleared.

...hows that an excuse? rotary engines aren't the easiest thing to work on buddy lets be smart here. 1 small thing could ruin the whole engine ive had 3 or 4 people tell mme dont buy it unless the paperwork from the rebuild is legit in which he doesnt have but its still clean and i would still take the chance im just saying i know nothing about these engines bro. and ive already pm'd him about it just waitin hah

its gonna sound dumb, but its easy to overlook... the idle adjustment screw is loose. tightened it up and she idles just fine.
I'm still looking to sell it because I can't afford to do what I want with this car... I love rx-7's (this being my third one) I just need a reliable daily that I can slide around occasionally. right now I'm making so little at my job that having this car is impracticable, but we'll see, if I got through the trade offers I have and I can't find anything I want I'll keep it.

yeah the motor is great! I'd totally send it back your way dude, but I can't take a hit on what I paid. but like I said if nothing works out I'll let you know. god I can't tell you how bad I wanna dump a ton of money into this and make it godly.
