im no big fan of the KA but i dont think its crappy...i just think this article is just total crap. they're talking about "japanese points". go down and look at the related article: turning japanese. this is just mostly some ridiculous shit that they're feeding the readers if you ask me

The whole article has no point to it, thats why it's crap. They say this in reference to the SR, can you tell me whats wrong with it?

Those are some very poor writers. I've seen my 15 year old sister turn out more intelligent and objective articles.
To call the KA24DE crappy is insane. It's a highly reliable engine that puts out decent power. I wish it put out more, but I love my car and wouldn't ever be caught dead in something American just to have more power.

I dun like that magazine.
it makes every cule japanese import in high demand.
the AE86's prices have soared since Stupid Street started writing articles about it. Same thing w/ the 240s here in Calgary.

um I think the bobbing head dog actually wrote that article....I could be wrong ofcourse it may have just been twofortysx's lil' sister when she was bored and tired and not thinking straight. Ofcourse a professional writer that actually gets paid a salary and has a research and development budget would never produce such garbage.

in the newest superstreet they answer a question about turboing a Ka the info doesn't seem too bad. they state that the lower end on a Ka from 95 and up is weaker than the ones on the 92 and up. theres a bunch of other info but i'll post that later tonight.

Just from looking at the cams/ headers... the 95+ seems to have a better low end than the 91-94. At least, comparing my S14 to my S13 it seems that way.
I wonder if they even mention the bottom end of the S14 being better....

This article just teaches a wave of all new posers how to make their own "Silvia". Ever since that shit got blown up have you guys noticed everyone asking if you have a "silvia motor". I can honstely say Ive notcied a change in peoples opinion towards this car after the SR20 swap got popular. I remember a time when some people didnt know what a 240 was or thought they were gay, now everyone and their mom wants one.
