Wheel fittment question

first of all sorry for my newbness i have searched and cant really seem to find what i'm looking for. anyways. i am looking at buying some 17X9.5 +15 Mb battles. (I'm 5 lug) just wondering if these will clear my z brakes, how flush are they, and how will a 265/40/17 fit on there?

I'm putting down close to 500hp do you think 265 will even hook? Or do you think I need to go with 275?

2.how do you have 500 hp and not kow what size tire to buy?
Anyways... It depends if you have s13 s14, how low you are, and how much camber you want to run, asking if a wheel is flush is an extremely vague question. And you won't fit a 275 battle under rolled fenders
