2004 K24a2-Swapped Acura RSX Type S $12k!

Sooooo its time to pass on the torch. I have decided to get out of the fwd game and get something rwd for a daily. This leaves me to unfortunately depart with this Type S. Ive owned it since 2006. Im also the 2nd owner of the car, starting at 27k miles. The car currently has 89,xxx on the odo. Within the last few months, I finished putting in a k24a2 in the car. The motor is out of a Automatic 2006 TSX in which had about 90,xxx miles on it. Within the last month, as well, I had a 27k mi transmission rebuilt and dropped in the car from an 02 Type S.

Compression Test Numbers done when the motor was swapped were 150-150-150-150

The car was tuned by JD (magtuning.com). It was never dyno'd after the k24 was put in, but a vdyno reading read 235whp/193tq

New on the car:
Thermostat, throttle body gasket, clutch, serpentine belt, plugs, Trans was rebuilt less than 2k miles ago by Custom Built Transmission in Westwego (EXCELLENT shop), brand new set of Federal RS-R tires.

Motor is running excellent, making around 230whp/190tq.

Interior: 9/10 - Pretty much everything is great. No cracks in the leather.
Exterior: 7/10 - Hood and front bumper have rock chips/bug damage. Few dings on the car as well.. nothing remotely terrible. Paint is getting buffed out soon.

Bad - Windshield needs replacing, which is happening before it's sold.

What ITR are you talking about? This car is stronger than the dc2 AND DC5 type r integras. Are you even aware that the rsx IS an integra?? Honestly, know what you're talking about before opening your mouth. 12k is definitely a fair price for this car. It's actually pending sale at 11.5k at the moment.

Of course the torque isnt crazy, it's a god damn 4 cylinder, what do you expect...it's a nice car and i bet he'll get at least 10k for it.
