I just got a used rear diffuser for a fastback and I am wondering how I should mount it. There is no mounting possibility I looked underneath my car. Do I have to make custom brackets to mount it or anything. I tried to research it but nothing; just tons of photos (no help at all :bash:.) Any helps will be great.

Did asking this question magically make mounting points appear where you already checked?
If the answer is no, then I'd say you should probably go ahead and start designing some brackets.

I wanted to see what others have done to mount the diffuser.

they went ahead and designed mounting brackets is my guess.
Yes you have to make your own, it takes time but it's well worth it at the end.

^ my thoughts exactly, wouldnt expect someone who doesnt know how to intall it to fully understand how they work. Is this a showcar or something?

I want to see how others would have done it. Custom brackets that ran across from one side to the other or just bolt it on on the side.

feel any difference? I'm guessing its poorly designed... it's pretty complicated to make a functional diffuser.

I haven't really hit the corners that hard yet. However I do feel the difference when I am driving on the on-ramps exits.
