reverse light question

Well my reverse lights are on in every gear but reverse. I dont understand why its doing it and could really use some help. Its a 92 hatch if that helps any, thanks for looking.

switch the wires around.

i tried that and it just kept being gay. i said the hell with it and just took it off for now
