Some DJ on some station my regular diner was tuned to a few days ago (I know the names of neither the station nor the DJ) had on a guy that had written some kind of dating advice book recently (I also know the names of neither the book nor the author). As you can tell, I wasn't paying all that much attention to the radio, but rather my friends. Anyway, what I did happen to catch was this: The DJ asked the author for one thing important to women but frequently overlooked by men.
Now, for the women on the board, I'd like to acknowledge that the author could have, at this point, said pretty much anything under the sun. However, what I thought all of you would find interesting is that he did say, "a clean car."
He explained that you're going to get a woman into your car a lot easier and sooner than you're going to get her into your home. He went on to point out that knowing cleanliness matters to a woman is a no brainer, but keep in mind that how clean you keep one interior is a good indication of how clean you keep the other.
Anyway, I thought you all might get a kick out of that one, just as I did. Incidently, ladies, my car is always immaculate. I mean, I'm just sayin'. (wink, wink)
