I am in Osaka, Japan and selling a full set of Panasport C5C2 wheels. There is one wheel (9.5) with a bent lip but you can rebarrel them to replace this as well as achieve awesome offsets. There is some curbing on the other wheels but if you are looking to buy and relip, this is not a big deal.

Price: $1600+shipping

If you'd like to purchase and have them rebarreled, I can arrange shipping to Wheelflip and have them take care of it to save on shipping cost.

Fronts are perfect for relipping. With a 3" lip they will be 10" wide and +20 offset. The 18s are the 3" lip pair.

The wheels are not perfect with curbing on them but it is all fixable.

No idea. The offset is not listed. It just says 17x9 and 17x10 using a 15mm spacer front and back.
