What's a Sales/Customer service Rep?
At Goodie Garage, the Sale and Customer service rep is responsible for answering phone calls on a daily basis, replying to 100+ eBay messages, e-mails, following up with customers questions and requests. Questions can range from "how much is shipping to Japan" to "what clutch do you recommend for my 350z? I'm pulling about 500+hp and 450lbs of torque" If you think you can answer these type of questions and would enjoy them at the same time, you would be our ideal candidate for this job. Not only would you be responsible for answering questions, but you will be selling parts to our customers who contact us on a daily basis and giving them advice on what's the best part for their vehicle.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• A desire to make work fun and enjoyable (we put this on the list for a reason)
• Must eat, sleep, and breathe cars (we're very passionate about cars can't you tell?!)
• Broad knowledge of cars and aftermarket parts and accessories
• Must have a positive and cooperative attitude
• Strong communication skills is a must, both verbal and written are critical
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Must be willing and able to work in a team environment and work across multiple departments
• Must have strong organizational skills and able to track and prioritize multiple tasks at once
• Experience with Customer Service, Sales, eBay and E-Commerce is desired
• Willing to train the right candidate
