My car is running like my MAFS is bad. I checked the voltage on the wiring and the positive (black and silver wire) going in is at 14.5 volts. I'm assuming the white wire is the wire sending the reading and its coming out at 0.3- 0.5 volts when engine is somewhere between idle and 2500. And the black wire isnt putting anything and I assume thats because its the ground. Do those numbers sound right? I'm buying a MAFS before this weekend, but i want to make sure I'm buying the right thing. My engine is the stock KA24de.

the wire coming out is going to the ECU. it should be reading a lot different from idle to 2500rpm. if the reading is staying as low as .5 volts even at 2500rpm then i believe that's your problem. good luck fixing it.

well its would go from .3 around idle to .5 at 2500. But if i held the throttle itd die. Id have to progressively rev to that, but 2500 was as high as itd get. Thanx for the input
