I am having major problems with my ka24det.

i have
565cc (sti injectors)
z32 maf
new rings/bearings.
stock cams.
t3 ebay turbo .60ar
Whether i unplug the maf or not it runs the same.
Running the
""Here are a few tunes for a 555cc t3t4 z32 maf setup. Run on 9:1 CR and the octane is in the title (of the tune file). Also these are a little conservative because I got ceramic coated pistons and combustion chambers so I have to run less advance due to the faster combustion of the coatings. I still recommend 1*/psi for 91 octane.
Zero vacuum is at (TP) load column 54. I make about 8psi through a cat and stock exhaust at 81 and 10psi open dump exhaust at 108.

Any ideas?

Your an idiot for tuning with a safc. Stop being cheap and making all other ka-t people look bad by your ebay special setup. Got get it tuned properly with either Nistune or an Enthalpy tune. Your whalecum

agreed!
but with the safc. did you change the settings from a stock maf to the z32 maf..?
did you wire up the safc correctly?
oh and last when i went to click on both of the links, neither of them worked. might just be me though.

I have a eprom tune. Its not an ebay special. It has a ebay turbo because my other turbo blew up..
I just cant find a tune for 565cc so i had to go with a 550cc tune.
If you would have read the tune is set up for z32 maf

is your "eprom" tune, tuned for your setup.?
go over the safc wiring, make sure its wired up properly. if its not changing anything its probably not wired up properly

What kind of fpr are you running and at what pressure is it set to with no vacuum at idle?
at 3 bar, STI injectors run 520cc while at 4 bar they run at 605cc. 1 bar = 1atm = 14.7 psi

have you checked your injector o-rings?
could be another reason why she's runnin so rich.

That's good to know. im going to be putting a fuel pressure gauge on today.
I ran out of gas last night tweaking with it. I put a 670cc tune on it and it ran a bit better but the gas was out so i need to check again.

So i figured it out....
When I soldered in my daughterboard, the place where you jump got screwed up.
So ive been running on a stock tune....
So i bought Bentleyness's ECU.
