driver window will not go up ...not the black box

So the driver window will go down but not up and I've tried 3 lil black boxes they all make it go down but none go up what could this be. ??

did you try a new window motor?

did you inspect the black boxes? although unlikely, its possible they all have a broken connection in the same place. if you pull out the circuit board there are 8 solder points where the pins go in, the issue with mine and many friends is that these soldered connections cracked at the base. resolder them and should work fine both ways.

usually when that box is out it doesnt go either way.

id check the track its on, maybe it just came off

could be the window switch or motor

Test the motor, take a 12V wire and a ground wire to each of the motor wires, if it starts spinning, switch the polarity of the wires and see if it spins the other way. If the motor checks out, then its most likely the switch itself.

or look inside the assemble and see if the wire was disconnected
