RFQ: Hilux Surf Diesel Half-Cut

Does anyone have a lead or pricing on a '96-02 Hilux Surf Diesel Half-Cut (4runner)?

I'm trying to track down a 1KZ-Te motor-set (3l turbo diesel).

It seems like 90% of the importers are out of business anymore.

Another thought, anyone know of Canadian importers that have 95-97 Hilux Surfs? I'm not above buying a whole truck and cutting it in half myself, Canada is a 4 hour drive from me.

I have been toying around with the idea of a also converting my 4runner to diesel. Please let me know Corbic if you do find an importer.
